Sunshine Disabilities & Home Care Services’s Home Care Packages provide you with a coordinated service that guarantees you may continue to live freely in your own home, with the care, support and time you need.

Home care packages are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your needs.

There are four Home Care Package levels:
Level 1: Basic care needs
Level 2: Low-level care needs
Level 3: Intermediate care needs
Level 4: High-level care needs

Each level of government receives a different level of funding. Access to the necessary services is facilitated through financing that increases with the level of help required by the individual

As your advocate, we'll help you through the complexities of insurance coverage and financial eligibility, and we'll make sure you have access to all of the necessary care and assistance.

As simple as these 3 steps

  • One

    1300 112 709 is the number to call to speak with one of our pleasant Customer Care Coordinators, who will walk you through the procedure. Depending on your eligibility for government financing, the expenses of these home care services will be funded by the federal government.

  • Two

    You can sign up for myagedcare.gov.au at  Specialized Home Health Services for People with Disabilities via phone (tel:1800 200 422) or online to establish eligibility and the funded program that is most appropriate for you.

  • Three

    An Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessor will call you to set up a time to do a home assessment after you have registered. This examination will assist you in determining which services are best suited to your needs. After the evaluation, Sunshine Disabilities and Home Care Services will notify you of the level of support and services that you have been authorized for.


Most of these services can be funded by NDIS, Home Care Packages or privately depending on your circumstance.
